             On Thursday, March 28, 2013 at around 10:30pm, the Pulaski Police Department responded to the Budget Inn at 509 East Main St. in the Town of Pulaski concerning a community care taker call for service.  While Officers were at the motel, they identified drug activity in room 107.  Officers secured the room, and based on probable cause, obtained search warrants that included 4 different rooms and a vehicle parked in the parking lot.  With the assistance of Dublin Police Department Narcotics K9, officers located an unspecified amount of crack cocaine, marijuana, and various types of Schedule II, III, and Schedule IV prescription medications.  Officers also seized approximately $2,100 in U.S. Currency.

                 Officers arrested and charged 31 year old, DuJuan Antonio Cannon, of Detroit Michigan with 4 Felonies involving Possession and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule I, II, III, and IV narcotics, and 1 misdemeanor of Possession of Marijuana.  Cannon was held without bond at the New River Valley Regional Jail.  Misdemeanor citations were issued to Anthony Frank Laster, 25, of Detroit Michigan and Terrell Marquis Love, 27, of Pulaski, Virginia.

Both Laster and Love were released from the scene.
