Communications Division Print E-mail

Emergency communications personnel are tasked with being the emergency E-911 and informational points of contact for the members of our community and other professional agencies.  Police dispatchers constitute a vital link to the sworn personnel of the Police Department as well.  The Pulaski Police Department Communication Center is staffed 24 hours a day and handles a large volume of telephone calls from the public along with emergency and non-emergency radio traffic from police officers.  In 2010, the Communications Center answered 52,184 telephone calls of which, 4,618 were E-911 emergency calls.
